Tim was very helpful with my mattress purchase. He showed me the deals and what was best as far as longevity. Made sure I tried out the mattress and that I was happy. Delivery guys were awesome too! They were in and out in less than half an hour! I would totally recommend them to Family and friends!!

Tim, the owner, was extremely nice and personable. He showed us exactly what we asked for and wasn't pushy. He is also very honest about the products he is selling and the store has just as much selection as a chain store. I would highly recommend the mattress store especially since you are supporting local business.

Tim at The Mattress Store was so helpful in our search for a bed frame adapter. Evidently it's kind of a specialty item that the other stores I contacted we're not interested in helping us with. Tim was great and his customer service was impeccable. It's good to know that there is mattress business in Kitsap County that practices old school customer focus! Highly recommend The Mattress Store.
